In short

Server logs

Like any web server, the server hosting this website automatically records each request: IP address, date and time, page or file requested, response and browser identification.

Purpose: keeping the website secure (detecting abuse and attacks) and solving technical problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically. They are not used for profiling or combined with other data.

The server is located in the European Union (netcup GmbH, Germany), acting as our processor.

If you contact us

If you contact us by email or phone (for example, to take part as a supplier), we use the details you give us only to answer and handle your request, and keep them for as long as needed for that or as required by law.

Registrations on the event portal

Registrations as a supplier or hosted buyer are made on the Essência Company event portal (portal.essenciacompany.com), not on this website. The participation conditions in the event guide on the Essência Company event portal explain how participant data is used during the event, including sharing your registration details with the people you meet and the use of event photos and videos for promotional purposes.

Links to other websites

Links to the event portal, partners, media and other websites take you to pages with their own privacy rules.

You can ask for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to it or request portability, by writing to info@essenciacompany.com. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
